The hottest duo of 2016 is certainly The Chainsmokers. The duo managed to take the music world by storm with their highly popular “Closer” track. In fact, the song occupied the first place in the Hot 100 Billboard. This was the first song to stay on the board’s first place for longer than one month but in the end it was succeeded by Drake’s “One Dance” which even managed to achieve the title of being the first song with over one billion streams on Spotify.
Great news for music fans worldwide, The Chainsmokers launched their first 2017 single. The track is called “Paris” and it keeps the band’s electro-pop style. Drew Taggart’s vocals are accompanied by Alexx Pall’s innovative beat and together they tell the story of a long lost relationship. Also, Emily Warren’s vocals are featured on the “Paris” track but this isn’t the first time since she was the one to help them create the duo’s “Don’t Let Me Down”.
