Pink is one of our generation’s greatest artists and no one should be surprised to find out that she will receive Michael Jackson’s Video Vanguard Award during this year’s MTV Video Music Awards. This is an important award that’s been won by the likes of Rihanna, Britney Spears, Justin Timberlake, Beyonce and Madonna.
Nonetheless, Pink is more than happy to accept this award and we can be sure that she will also perform live during the ceremony. Moreover, Pink is not a stranger to the VMA’s since this is going to be the seventh VMA award. Pink’s first and second awards were won back in 2001 when “Lady Marmalade” first came out. All in all, this is a great milestone in Pink’s career and we can be sure that she is happy with the way it worked out.
