Pharrell has launched a new track that is going to be introduced in the upcoming drama “Hidden Figures” track. The artist has a feel for uplifting songs and he produces the best uplifting songs right now. Pharrell’s new song is entitled “Crave” and it’s designed especially for the “Hidden Figures” movie, a movie which shows the story of the black women who helped NASA get to the moon.
This is not the first time we hear Pharrell’s song over a movie soundtrack, his song “Happy” being one of last year’s hits. The new song has the same funky feel to it, as “Happy” did, and it’s surely going to have a spot on top music charts.
The movie is co-produced by Pharrell himself and it starts Octavia Spencer, Taraji P. Henson and Janelle Monae. These three women were responsible for NASA’s moon landing in 1969. The soundtrack of the movie is going to feature eight more songs from Pharrell and will hit theaters in December 25.
