Even though Meek Mill remains locked up in prison, his team keeps running the “Free Meek” campaign. The rapper’s team recently launched a brand-new music video called “1942 Flows” in which Meek Mill raps about the mistakes he made in his youth. Not only that, but Meek Mill lets everyone know that he acknowledges those mistakes and that he is different not.
The start of the music video is super interesting because it shows Meek Mill giving out an interview in which he makes the following statement: “I feel like a free slave, you know? I feel like I’ve been targeted by certain people. Just being out on the streets and knowing somebody can take your freedom at any time. My freedom is on the line”.
