Everyone remembers the great time they had during New Year’s Eve, but we know someone who certainly didn’t. Mariah Carey’s Times Square show was marketed throughout the whole world and while everyone was watching her, the artist managed to screw up the show. All the people present there were shocked when Mariah took her inner-ear monitor out and stopped singing, but it looks like it wasn’t her fault.
The renowned singer received a lot of backlash because of her performance and it looks like she didn’t deserve it at all. Mariah Carey stated that the fiasco was actually caused by a malfunction created by the production team. Because there were technical problems, the artist couldn’t hear the song beat so she stopped singing. Nonetheless, we can only hope Mariah is able to make a comeback.
