“Gangnam Style” used to hold the title of being the most watched YouTube video but another song has finally managed to surpass it and that’s Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee’s “Despacito”. No one ever believed that there will be another video to surpass “Gangnam Style” but people couldn’t have been more wrong since “Despacito” has already reached three billion views and the number keeps growing.
Luis Fonsi went over on Twitter and made a short clip in which he thanked YouTube because his song couldn’t ever have reached three billion views with this platform. Furthermore, Luis Fonsi also made sure to thank his “brother” Daddy Yankee for featuring on the track and also his production team for putting in so much work. Nonetheless, the song’s view count is still rising and we might even get to see it reach four billion views during the upcoming future.
