Kesha has been long criticized for only creating party songs and it looks like she had enough. Kesha decided to show the world a more sentimental side of her when she wrote the lyrics for “Woman” and it’s safe to say that fans are enjoying seeing Kesha taking a different path and deciding to show that there’s more to her than a party girl.
From the looks of it, Kesha put her heart and soul in making “Woman” because she got chocked up during her first live performance of the song. The singer even told the crowd that she might get teared up while singing “Woman” but they encouraged her to do it anyways. In addition, Kesha tried to explain to everyone why she got teared up during her live performance by saying the following “It’s the first time we’ve ever performed it. Ever. I know that it seems silly I cried…This is a very special night for us”.
