Kanye West is among those artists both loved and criticized for their launched musical materials.
The last video promoted by Kanye West has sparked much controversy! Kim Kardashian topless appearance in frames for the "Bound 2" clip produced uproar among fans, most of them believe that the star crossed the line with this appearance. Moreover, how the video was filmed was less than desirable. One of the artist's fans even wrote that "the video is a joke" and that he spent several minutes chasing something that looked like "a brand screensaver for Windows 98."
A few months after the appearance of the controversial "Bound 2", Kanye West decided to do some light in this case. The singer gave an interview for the latest edition of the "Interview Magazine" which was addressed to all those who criticize its music. In this interview, Kanye had the honor to talk with the director of "12 Years a Slave" Steven Mcqueen end result of material rising to the expectations.
Although the subject has been internationally debated, Kanye West does not seem to regret the market launch of the "Bound 2" video. The singer believes that all criticisms which have been made are due to the fact that "people are afraid of dreams."
"This video is very close to the way a dream should look or the way we see joy and color", said the rapper.
Kanye did not stop there with the statements: "I think most people do not feel comfortable in this dream that they have. Therefore is more difficult to get comfortable in the presence others dreams." As if these statements were not sufficiently, Kanye adds that people try to silence him and somehow manage to turn it into a "lunatic".
Despite all the nasty comments, Kanye has vowed that will not be intimidated: "All we have is this. You know, past is past and tomorrow is not a guarantee." To ensure that people understands him, Kanye wanted to point out that, in general, only two things can happen: "Whether I'm right or wrong. If I look at the last 10 years, I was right."
Controversial or not, Kanye West has found a more than honorable to maintain the "art" that he believes that promotes.
