Kanye West, apart from sharing his views regarding his fashion career and his brand new company, DONDA, also disclosed a little about working as a creative artist “The Jetsons” live action film on Twitter. The producer, Denise Di Novi, revealed that Kanye West discussed the film in a meeting.
According to Di Novi, “Kanye has always been a 'Jetsons' fan, I think because he's so into design and he loves the design aspects,” She continued, “"So we had a fun brainstorming conversation."
‘The Jetsons” was a famous T.V series by Hanna-Barbara, about a futuristic family with a robot maid. It was telecasted somewhere in the ‘60s and then made a comeback laterafter two decades. 1990 was the year when the T.V series made a big-screen debut as an animated movie, ‘‘The Jetsons”. Its live-action version is currently in progress.
Di Novi, while explaining a little about Kanye West’s discussion, said, “He was interested in creatively brainstorming what we were doing with the movie and what ideas he might have. It was a really friendly, preliminary conversation.”
Nevertheless, no final decision has yet been taken as Di Novi said, “he was going to think about it more and see if he got inspired visually.” Moreover, Di Novi cleared the misconception regarding West taking offence on being advised to take a “Jetsons” tour, “We were just kind of joking about that… it was just a fun comment."
