Recently, Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony have been spotted together campaigning for their latest project. The duo who parted ways a couple of months ago by renouncing their 7 year marriage, were once again seen together promoting their latest music series. “Q'Viva! The Chosen" show will be premiering on January 28 on Univision.
The couple did not show any signs of tension as Anthony helped Lopez climb up the stairs to the stage, praised the rings on her hand and sat next to each other. The duo, accompanying Jamie King, toured America from North to South on a talent hunt to find artists to take part in a live Latin music show. It is going to broadcast in 12 weekly episodes in America and on Spanish language channels in Latin America. Nevertheless, a version for English audiences is also in the pipeline.
According to Univision, Lopez and Anthony were busy judging participants lately. Lopez, while expressing her views about working with Anthony at a news conference, said, “We have a great time working together”. She also said if this season was successful, she will be willing to do the next one as well.
Anthony cleared out a misunderstanding regarding the show by saying "Q'Viva! The Chosen" is not merely a music show that we are judges of. In fact, “We’re show producers. We're putting together a live show and we're documenting the process.” Since the conference started around half an hour later than expected, the two couldn’t get much time on stage. The reporters seemed somewhat annoyed and wanted to shut the chatty host up. However, only two of them got a chance to ask questions before the musical performance began and the stars were pushed back stage.
