Jared Leto lost the case centered on a clip where he insults Taylor Swift. The video was published last year by TMZ magazine and presents the artist talking ugly about Swift.
"I don't like this at all – next. I mean, fuck her, I don’t give a fuck about her. It’s whatever works best for us." The clip was shot in his home by Naeem Munaf. Leto has filed a lawsuit after the clip was published, saying it's "stolen footage". Immediately after the appearance of the clip, Leto apologized and said about Swift that she is "an incredible example of "what's possible".
