Drake managed to make history on Spotify with his and Wizkid’s “One Dance” track. The song topped the charts and it was played over and over on all radio stations. In addition, “One Dance” is the first track ever to gather one billion streams on Spotify. Now, Drake and Wizkid have teamed up together and created “Come Closer”.
The first time we were able to hear about “Come Closer” was two months ago when Drake presented it under another name. It looks like Drake initially wanted to name the song “Hush Up the Silence” but then changed his mind. Additionally, Wizkid pays tribute to The Weeknd’s with the following lyric “Girls get loose when they hear this song”. The reason we are saying this is because The Weeknd’s “Starboy” had a verse which sounded similar.
