Brown is all set to perform at the Grammys Awards this Sunday night. Along with that he is nominated for three Grammys including his multi-hit album F.A.M.E (Forgiving All My Enemies) and Best R&B album.
Chris Brown has been ordered by a judge on Thursday to stay under the supervision of a probation officer until he finishes the left over stipulations of his punishment. Chris Brown was ordered five years on probation for hitting his then-girlfriend Rihanna in 2009. Rihanna was badly injured in this attack and was not even able to perform at the Grammys.
Chris was not present for a short hearing while his attorney urged the court to end up Brown’s supervised probation due to his excellent manners. This request was based on the report in which Brown’s probation officer wrote that he has been honest with the officers and successfully cleared all requisite drug tests and "has made great strides". Brown also completed all manual labor tasks assigned to him like graffiti removal and roadside cleanup etc., during this period but Superior Court Judge George Lomeli conceded with the prosecutors that despite of Brown’s neat and positive performance so far, he should carry on reporting to a probation officer in his native state of Virginia. He also added that it is very reasonable that Brown stays under administration as far as he carries out all of his community service hours.
Brown has successfully passed anger management and domestic violence counseling and has also found relaxation on a restraining order made by another judge last year that forbid Brown and Rihanna from getting in touch with each other.
The next hearing is planned on July 10th 2012.
