Cardi B is now among the first women to reach the number one spot on the Billboard Hot 100. We are talking about Cardi B’s “Bodak Yellow” which recently surpassed Taylor Swift’s “Look What You Made Me Do” which previously held the spot as the number one song. In addition, Cardi B is the first female rapper to have a solo track sit on the number sport since 1998 when Lauren Hill managed to do the same thing with “Doo Wop (That Thing)”.
To make things even better for Cardi B, every popular music artist started congratulating her on social media. This includes the likes of Pusha-T, YG, French Montana and even Nicki Minaj. What’s interesting is that most people would’ve expected Nicki Minaj to feel threatened by Cardi B. Fortunately this isn’t the case at all.
