Birdy, teenage prodigy from the British music industry, offers her fans a new video. Birdy has released the video for "Words as weapons". The track is the third composition on her promoted disk named "Fire Within" released in 2013.
According to Digital Spy, Birdy said she is very proud of her new single "Words as weapons, is one of my favorite tracks on the album and I love to sing it live. I'm Very proud of this song." The song named "Words as weapons" was written by Birdy in collaboration with Ryan Tedder, OneRepublic frontman.
Although she is only 17 years old, Birdy, real name Jasmine Van den Bogaerde, already has two album "Birdy" (2011) and "Fire Within" (2013). She became internationally known after a series of successful launches, which include the songs named "Skinny Love" and "People Help the People".
Her talent has already attracted the attention of music critics and is likely to further impose on the music industry. In early 2014, Birdy was nominated for BRIT Awards in the category "British Female Solo Artist". If she take the same route along this year, the British artist may be able to pass in another record.
